How do I get started with Loyeo?+
You create your account with no credit card, and your programme runs free up to 100 customer contacts: the QR code, the stamps and the Apple Wallet and Google Wallet cards all stay live, and you can change your reward, your cooldown and your PIN whenever you like. WhatsApp and SMS campaigns, automated follow-ups, receipt reading and access to your customers' phone numbers need a paid plan: those are the features that cost money every time they run.
Are there any setup fees?+
None. Unlike some solutions (Zerosix: 190 € installation fee), Loyeo is set up with no cost and no hardware.
How do message units work?+
Campaigns consume units: 1 WhatsApp = 1 unit, 1 SMS = 1 unit. Basic includes 100 units a month, Loyeo Pro 300. Beyond that you buy a message pack that never expires: 150 units for 20 €, 450 for 50 €, 1,000 for 100 €, excl. VAT. Your monthly quota always drains first, so a purchased pack survives the roll-over.
Where is my customer data hosted?+
On Supabase in the Europe region (Frankfurt) and Vercel in the Paris region (cdg1). All data stays inside the European Union, in line with the GDPR.
Am I tied in for a fixed term?+
No, never. All paid plans are monthly and can be cancelled in one click from your billing area, with no cancellation fee.
