What is the “founder rate” at 19 €/month?+
The first 10 shops to subscribe to Loyeo pay 19 €/month (instead of 29 €), and that rate is locked for life: as long as your subscription stays active, you keep 19 €/month forever. Once the 10 places are taken, the rate goes up to 29 €/month for new signups.
Will the founder rate ever go up?+
No. That is the whole point: if you are among the first 10, your rate stays at 19 €/month for as long as your subscription is active. Only the shops that come after will pay the standard rate of 29 €/month.
How do I get started with Loyeo?+
You create your account, then you subscribe to Loyeo Pro to activate your loyalty programme. Until the subscription is active, the dashboard stays locked and the programme paused. As soon as you subscribe, everything unlocks immediately.
Are there any setup fees?+
None. Unlike some solutions (Zerosix: 190 € installation fee), Loyeo is set up with no cost and no hardware.
How do message units work?+
Campaigns use units: 1 WhatsApp = 1 unit, 1 SMS = 0.5 unit. The Loyeo Pro plan includes 300 units per month (WhatsApp + SMS), with unlimited utility WhatsApp inside the 24 h window. Above the quota: 0,12 € per WhatsApp and 0,07 € per SMS, billed at the end of the cycle.
Where is my customer data hosted?+
On Supabase in the Europe region (Frankfurt) and Vercel in the Paris region (cdg1). All data stays inside the European Union, in line with the GDPR.
Am I tied in for a fixed term?+
No, never. All paid plans are monthly and can be cancelled in one click from your billing area, with no cancellation fee.
